DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email after payment has been made, and then another email from WhatSoEasy once your order has shipped. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll do our best to reach out to you to let you know.
Deliveries will be done during the following time slots:
Monday - Friday: 10am - 7pm
Delivery Charges
We offer free delivery for purchases over $60. For purchases less than $60, standard delivery charges apply as follows:
For normal delivery: S$8
Delivery on Weekends
We do not deliver on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and Public Holidays. But if you have any urgent requests, feel free to reach us through Whatsapp at +65 8856 8966.
Delivery Location Within Singapore
WhatSoEasy aims to provide the best delivery services where possible. Currently, we do not deliver to Post Office Box, Parcel Locker, Pick Locker, or Drop Off Point. We are unable to make deliveries to a few Restricted Areas and Restricted Postal Codes in Singapore. The details are listed here.

International Delivery
International Delivery is currently not available.
Hotel Delivery
We are able to deliver to hotels. However, delivery will only be made to the Hotel Reception or Concierge. You are required to check with the Hotel Reception or Concierge on accepting delivery for your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to you via email.
Will I be notified of the delivery date?
Delivery will be fulfilled on the next working day in general. On the day of delivery, the courier will usually contact the customer (via text or call) only if he could not reach anyone during a delivery attempt.
